A green juice, flavored with lemon and spiced with ginger
Ingredients
  • ½ cucumber
  • 1 stick of celery
  • 200g of fresh spinach or lettuce
  • 6 sour apples
  • ¼ lime
  • 3 cm of fresh ginger
Tools
  • Juice cone
  • Graduated tip (new models)
Recipe
  1. Rinse all the ingredients. Peel the lime.
  2. Cut the ingredients lengthwise to fit them into the juicer opening.
  3. Squeeze the juice from the vegetables into the juicer fitted with the juice cone and graduated tip (for new models).
