Ginger lemon herbal tea

Warming and invigorating herbal tea. Ideal in winter or in the morning as a substitute for coffee or tea.
- 1 cup water
- 1 cm ginger
- 1/2 lemon
- Heat the water
- Rinse the ginger if necessary or peel it
- Cut the lemon into 4. Scrape the flesh from 2 pieces of lemon.
- In the extractor, equipped with the juice cone and the graduated tip positioned on 5, pass the ginger then the lemon.
- Collect the juice and add to the hot water in a cup.
Very effective in winter. Goes well with a little honey.
