Coconut milk chocolate ice cream

No need for eggs or dairy products to make delicious homemade ice cream with the extractor.
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 50g 70% chocolate
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- crusher cone
- tip: none
- plastic ice cube bags
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie
- Beat the sugar with the coconut milk
- Mix everything, let cool
- Incorporate into the ice cube bags and place them in the freezer
- When they are well frozen, unmold them fairly quickly and pass them through the Jazz fitted with the crushing cone. Help with the pestle and do not let the preparation turn too long around the screw, it defrosts quickly.
Serve as is or mold into a ball for a more traditional presentation.
