Indian summer juice

A sumptuous juice, in the colors of Indian summer.
Ingredients
  • ½ pumpkin
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 beetroot
  • 5 sprigs of flat parsley
Tools
  • juice cone
Recipe
  1. Rinse the apples, parsley and beetroot. Scrub the beetroot with a vegetable brush if necessary.
  2. Peel the pumpkin.
  3. Cut the apples, pumpkin and beetroot to the dimensions of the opening in the Jazz juicer drum.
  4. Insert the pumpkin, oranges, parsley and beetroot, alternating them, into the Jazz juicer fitted with the juice cone.
  5. Collect the juice. Mix the juice as soon as it comes out to prevent the parsley from solidifying. Enjoy!
How to serve at the table

The juice obtained can be kept for 24 hours in the fridge.
