Fresh vegetable and fruit juices

Squeeze all fruits and vegetables into fresh juice. They will retain their properties and their flavor for a whole day if you keep them in a closed container, in the refrigerator. Juice even hard vegetables like raw beets, fibrous like fennel or celery, or very fine vegetables like wheatgrass or parsley.
